Returns

 

Whiteley Design want you to enjoy your shopping experience and are committed to providing a high quality product. If for any reason you change your mind, we will offer a refund or exchange on any full priced item. Exchange only will be offered on sale items.

 

The items must be returned to Whiteley Design within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via email to let us know that you wish to return an item. Then, complete a returns form and include it in your parcel. Goods must be returned in their original condition, along with the original packaging. 

 

Whiteley Design is not liable for the loss of items being returned, for this reason, goods must be returned using registered post within 14 days of your order date. Refunds exclude the postage costs incurred by you to return the item, unless goods are deemed to be faulty after inspection by us. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the above conditions are not met. Please allow 2 weeks from postage date for your account to be credited.

Items purchased by you may not be resold in any form, unless with the prior written approval of Whiteley Design. Reselling includes, but is not limited to, offering the items for sale to any third party such as a third party retailer or through a third party website.

This contract is made in Victoria, Australia and the applicable laws are those that apply in that jurisdiction.
