Payment

 

Whiteley Design uses Paypal to accept all payments. You don’t need a Paypal account to use this service just a valid credit card.

 

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

 

All taxes imposed by other countires are the customers to pay and not Whiteley Design. 

 

Delivery

 

Delivery on all orders within Australia is free.

 

Delivery to countries outside of Australia – see below;

• New Zealand -$8

• United Kingdom and United States - $10

• Other countries available on request

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on business days Monday to Friday. We use Australia Registered Post for domestic deliveries, to ensure the safety of your goods. Registered Post requires you to sign for the goods on delivery.

 

Within Australia, please allow between 3-5 days to receive your order.

International shipments may take between 5- 15 business days to reach their destination Whiteley Design does not accpet responsability for items lost by postal services.

 

Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box, a home postal address is required.  

If you are unavailable to sign at the address provided, the goods will be taken to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up. We aim to ensure the safety of your parcel!
